Terms and Conditions: Grimal’s Gold Card

The use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of the following terms:

1. Usage Policy: The total balance of the Grimal’s Gold Card is exclusively intended to be used as a partial credit toward successive purchases.

2. Redemption Limit: For every transaction made at Grimal Jewelry, the cardholder may apply the available balance to cover up to a maximum of 10% of the total purchase value.

3. Single Purchase Restriction: The total amount of the card cannot be applied in full to a single purchase, unless 10% of said transaction equals or exceeds the remaining balance on the card.

4. Progressive Balance: This card will remain active and can be used for future purchases until the total balance is fully exhausted, always subject to the 10% limit per operation.

5. No Expiration: This card does not have an expiration date and will remain valid until the balance reaches zero.

6. Exclusivity: This card is personal, non-transferable, and exclusive to VIP clients. It is not redeemable for cash.
